Wow after watching you working with the Label Masterboard, I can't wait to get mine from you. And I got the paper that you put on the briefcase, to put on a suitcase I thrifted. Thank you, Sonnet, for this video gave me some idea's how to use these papers. 😊❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍
I like many of your projects and style. However I’d find it helpful to know how much you price your items, and how you price differently for the booths or markets. Thanks!
Love all of these! I would use a stamp or transfer on the cutting board as you mentioned and I also think adding a few scrap of greenery to the last washboard shelf on either side of the label and some interesting transfer on that very bottom shelf might finish it off really nice! Thanks for all the great ideas!
Sonnet, I saw a post on a page called " all projects great and small" for a method to remove painted labels from bottles using a paste made from hot water, citric acid, and flour to remove a label similar to the bottle you have.
Sonnet, this video came at the perfect time for me. I just got the labels paper and love it. You have definitely inspired me to find things from my stash to label. Great job, Sonnet!!!
I think either label on your little washboard cabinet would’ve been fine, maybe if you dry brushed a little bit of red on the handle that would pull your label and cabinet together more
I love your videos and hauls. I would definitely add the bird stamp. And on the label itself there are 4 nail holes I would add distressed nail heads to the holes. Some kind of tack. Maybe but add the bird stamp. Thank you for all your good ideas.
Sonnet,it helps to use a large freezer bag,lay your paper down then paint back of paper white,,mist the label onto bag first, then paint raise bag up,paper stays put and then apply your labels to bottle with the label on plastic bag,you can then rub out your wrinkles and it works amazing
I know right, who comments about whether or not shes washing items she flips. I watch because shes an amazing creator and when I find an item to make over I can go here and get so many ideas.
Try 100% acetone like you get at the beauty supply stores or I'm pretty sure Walmart/any pharmacy to remove that writing. You can usually also use a razor blade and scrape it off at an angle so you don't scratch up your glass. Can't wait to see what you do today!
Also, if your finger doesn't get the decopauge medium all the way off of your glass, you can use a baby wipe to wipe off any excess... If you add a "Halo" effect with antique wax to that white label on that box, I think it would add so much ❤ Ohhhh girl! You are BRAVE dipping your brush into the jar of the liquid patina and then painting it on that red then back in your jar! Mine was turn RED... Haha 🤣
👋 Love your labeling projects and will try out labeling baskets, Glas myself and also like the rusty old can. I would have used the Turpentine label, like it better! 🌻Greetings Silvia
Hey girl, I am just starting watching your video. I wanted to tell you before I forgot I have not tried… But I have heard just plain acetone would take off the writing on the bottles. Maybe try that❤
You could paint the back of your label and a patch the same size on the amber bottle then add the label if you cannot remove the writing. I saw someone do that in a video and it turned out. I have tried unsuccessfully to remove writing from bottles...
Hi Sonnet, try alcohol, or finger nail polish remover to take the words of the bottle, i have used both and they work, but it depends on what has been used to put on with. I live all the labels and projects, i think i have that one ordered but if not i will get it. I have ordered so many and so many fall napkins i cant remember what iv got coming.😅😅. Im loke you i think the washboard would have looked better with the first label, but it doesn't look bad. Anyone that didn't see the first one would love it. God bless
Love all the projects, yes, add a bird, I love the wording on the design that u put on the shelf, personally don’t think that the Turpentine sign was good wording.. I love it .. 🌹♥️
Hi Sonnet, I bought an amber bottle very similar to yours with white on it that said "Friendly Tavern" with some writing on the back as well. I don't know if it's the same kind of paint that's on yours but I put mine in the sink, filled it up with warm water and just left the bottle sitting in it while I was doing other stuff. It was probably in there for at least an hour. Then I took a sponge with the scratch pad on one side and it came right off. Easy Peasy. Worth a try. Good luck.
The word home could be added next to the nest or a bird , either one would be cute. Dont overvthink the label on the shelf. The one you ended up with looks perfect. Love your videos.
I love it when you don't paint the paper white at the back. When you did the round label, I went: Nooooo! Don't paint that one's back. But, as Sammy from Unicorn Dust always says: You do you and I do me. 😁 But I love your work and your channel!
Hi Sonnet! 1. Use eucalyptus oil to get the writing off of bottles. I use NOW brand. It cleans up with Dawn dish detergent. Don't get it on anything else cause it works excellently. And it smells great! 2. Would using the brayer to paint on the entire sheet of transfer papers save you time as opposed to painting each individual piece? Just wondering as I have not tried this technique myself. Finally, I just wanted to comment to let you know that I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. Especially, the ones preparing for cranberry fest. Thank you for sharing
Just a thought. Would it help to leave a border on label before you paint it. You will have a spot to hold the label down while painting. Simple to trim before adhering to bottles. Love all the ideas. Thank you Sonnet
Yes, add bird stamp to cutting board! I think you should have gone with the first label , however 2nd choice looks good, just don’t compare it to the first choice lol Everything turned out beautifully! 23:55
There is a RUclips guy named Brandon with Adventure Archeology. He collects old bottles out of creeks and by digging them. He has a method of cleaning them where it makes them look brand new. You might could reach out to him and see if he can suggest something for you to try.
These projects are great! I'm so comforted to hear that you go back and forth when making decisions about your projects. I do it all the time and make myself a little crazy with it. Thanks for being real!
Hi Sonnet, I’ve had luck before using nail polish remover to remove writing on glass. Occasionally it hasn’t worked but for the most part it’s always worked for me. Let us know what winds up working. 😀
Love this paper. You can get so many projects out of it. The label you chose turned out lovely. The other one would have look great too. Don't be so hard on yourself. Your creations always turn out beautiful. 😊
Hi Sonnet, love your videos so much, you are so talented and everything you make comes out so beautiful! I wonder if nail polish remover would work on that amber bottle?!
Oh my goodness girl, they all turned out amazing! You picked out the perfect labels for all of them! That is what I love about you the most because you just go for it and try new adventures… I cannot pick a favorite because they all were so great! Keep doing you! You are a awesome inspiration and teacher… Thank you for trying new things and showing me how things work! Everything looked amazing. Enjoy your downtime… :-) Was glad to see you and your studio is so beautiful.
I always love to watch your DIY videos. I especially like this one because you use such neat labels. Where can I purchase the ones that you used? Keep up the good work.
Really enjoyed
Love the new labels!

Thanks for this. I'd seen that dec paper & wondered how to use it. Perfect! Really loved the rusty ale container project & the labeled ladel. ❤️❤️
Love all of them but the book was my favorite 💕
Acetone will take off the writing on the bottle.😊 I hope that helps!❤
I like many of your projects and style. However I’d find it helpful to know how much you price your items, and how you price differently for the booths or markets. Thanks!
Yes, add the bird stamp to cutting board. I think the other label fit better but it still looks good.
Yes acetone! Worked for me getting the
Print off lowes/home dept buckets.
I love the label you used on wash bord, such cute projects love them all
Red around the rim of the ladle would look goid
I liked the first label
Love #4, then #5. Number 9 came in third. 🌹🌹🌹
Ja! Definitely add bird or/and bee stamp to the cutting board.
Absolutely love them all, so hopefully soon I'll be getting this roycycled paper, a few of them
Amiga, loved all of them, definitely add a bird to number 9.Great job.
These all turned out great, need to order that paper for sure!
Great flips Sonnet!
I lol’d when you said “centerize” the label! Still waiting on the T shirts Sonnet! Wish I lived closer so I could shop your booths.
Great flips Sonnet! 😊 my faves are that basket and the ladle ❤ tfs
Hi sonnet ! Love the inspiration
Hi Sonnet. Loved all the projects. The last project use the label on the bottom of the open shelf.
Great video!
Love all of these! I would use a stamp or transfer on the cutting board as you mentioned and I also think adding a few scrap of greenery to the last washboard shelf on either side of the label and some interesting transfer on that very bottom shelf might finish it off really nice! Hey Sonnet the acetone comment is correct use in. Ventilated area I but it in a gallon metal container at Lowe’s.
Sonnet, this video came at the perfect time for me. I just got the labels paper and love it. You have definitely inspired me to find things from my stash to label. Great job, Sonnet!!!

I’ve used paint stripper to remove labels with success.
Maybe paint stripper for furniture...I haven't tried it but it might work.
I love your videos and hauls. I would definitely add the bird stamp. And on the label itself there are 4 nail holes I would add distressed nail heads to the holes. Some kind of tack. Maybe but add the bird stamp. Thank you for all your good ideas.
Oh yeeeah! You didn't paint the ladle's round lable YES! Love the red handle.
I have used CLR with great success removing white print off of a blue Risata Moscato d"Asti bottle. It is an overnight process though.
Sonnet,it helps to use a large freezer bag,lay your paper down then paint back of paper white,,mist the label onto bag first, then paint raise bag up,paper stays put and then apply your labels to bottle with the label on plastic bag,you can then rub out your wrinkles and it works amazing
Dont worry so much about what others think; you always do a great job! Like Tim Holtz says..."you do you"😆
I know right, who comments about whether or not shes washing items she flips. I watch because shes an amazing creator and when I find an item to make over I can go here and get so many ideas.
Sometimes those bottle labels are a plastic cling type. So maybe try a heat gun and see if the plastic puckers, than you can remove with a razorknife.

There is a weather defences spray for rusty crusty items.
A bird stamp or IOD bird mols on the cutting board label
Sonnet try acetone to remove the letters from the bottle ,that may work ,love your channel. Gladys from San Diego
Sonnet how about trying to sand the writing on bottle? I have a really good metal scour pad and usually that does the trick.
👋 Love your labeling projects and will try out labeling baskets, Glas myself and also like the rusty old can. I would have used the Turpentine label, like it better! 🌻Greetings Silvia

I would've stuck with the turpentine label. Turpentine can be used to clean paint brushes. That would've been awesome especially with the washboard.
I also have an amber bottle and I cannot get the label off. I used everything. I cant even scrape it off with a blade. I think it's baked on.😢
Mineral spirits for amber bottle?
Love all the projects, yes, add a bird, I love the wording on the design that u put on the shelf, personally don’t think that the Turpentine sign was good wording.. I love it .. 🌹♥️
Goof off is more for removing sticky substances. Use acetone, it works, I've used it.
I like the cutting board as is. Its perfect with the empty space. Although im curious as to what bird you are talking about. 😂❤
Hi Sonnet, I bought an amber bottle very similar to yours with white on it that said "Friendly Tavern" with some writing on the back as well. I much preferred the first label on the wooden shelf. 😞. Great job once again!
The word home could be added next to the nest or a bird , either one would be cute. Dont overvthink the label on the shelf. The one you ended up with looks perfect. Love your videos.
Acetone should do the trick
I love the Roycycled paper so much I just ordered! Thank you so much for the inspiration! Can't wait to get it and start using it.❤❤❤
Soaking the bottle in vinegar with the writing side down for 12-24 hours works great. Love your creations and your channel 💚 Thanks for sharing!
I love it when you don't paint the paper white at the back. When you did the round label, I went: Nooooo! Don't paint that one's back. But, as Sammy from Unicorn Dust always says: You do you and I do me. 😁 But I love your work and your channel!

I use finger nail polish remover
Hi Sonnet. I looked at your website but I couldn’t find this labels decoupage paper. Is it available?
Hi Sonnet - I second the acetone comment above. Make sure it's acetone and not just nail polish remover. Works for me on all kinds of surfaces!
Hello Sonnet,
Perhaps you might try that citrus paint stripper on that brown glass jug. Good luck!
Cindy
I like that name for this color!
Just a thought. Would it help to leave a border on label before you paint it. You will have a spot to hold the label down while painting. Simple to trim before adhering to bottles. Love all the ideas. Thank you Sonnet

You accomplish so much in one week Sonnet❤. Do more baskets❤❤❤ It looks great.
Try acetone
Good to know Jakki, thank you!

The washboard label, a laundry product label would have been perfect. Turpentine takes
off paint.
Acetone and use a razor blade to scrape off the image on anything glass you want to remove/
My favorite was the rusty can with the ale label oh and the little baby brushes. 😊
❤
Really nice projects. Love those labels
Perhaps try mineral spirits or turpentine on that printing
I tried to order the Labels decoupage from various vendors and it’s sold out on all!
Hi Sonnet, I’ve had luck before using nail polish remover to remove writing on glass. Occasionally it hasn’t worked but for the most part it’s always worked for me. Let us know what winds up working. 😀
Aceton,or even stripper
Love this paper. You can get so many projects out of it. The label you chose turned out lovely. The other one would have look great too. Don't be so hard on yourself. Your creations always turn out beautiful. 😊
Or just paint white swan over the writing on amber bottle then apply your paper
Add the bird
Hi Sonnet, love your videos so much, you are so talented and everything you make comes out so beautiful! I wonder if nail polish remover would work on that amber bottle?!
I think a solvent is stronger than nail polish! Maybe even try Turpentine 😂 and scrape!
Oh my goodness girl, they all turned out amazing! You picked out the perfect labels for all of them! Yay, “centerize”!
Maybe use a heat gun
I always love to watch your DIY videos. I especially like this one because you use such neat labels. Where can I purchase the ones that you used? Keep up the good work.
Oh, also I don't want to make you feel bad about the paper you put on the washboard shelf. But I did like the first one too. Sorry. 🙄😳
PURE ACETONE should remove it, BUT it will take your polish off, your acrylics off, and any finishes on wood!
or finger nail polish will likely work if not you might be able to scrape it off with a razor blade.
❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤
