I've got a 2008 FL2 and thinking of driving some green lanes around Somerset, what tyres are best? Ive only got road tyres at the moment
I am using 255 55 18 Toyo Open Country AT+ and have served me well Yoko Geolander G015 or Flakern Wildpeak AT3 are good tryes. If you can afford the BFG K02 are the best.
Hi I love the videos. I’ve recently brought a freelander 2 2011 automatic sd4 Hse and I love it but I am having an issue with it juddering at around 1500 to 1800 revs while on flats and up hill mainly. It’s intermittent doesn’t happen all the time. It happens whilst only keeping a steady speed or accelerating only gently. If you put your foot down it goes great. Any chance you have any clues as what I should check for?

As for your issue to start with might be the torque convertor. But before headinng down that route would advise and adaptive autobox reset (if you google it you should see the sequence) if not then try a full autobox flush.
Thanks for the reply have the car booked in for the 15th for a full service and gearbox flush and new oil. Hoping this will work but worried it may be the torque converter. Any rough idea as to how much this should cost to replace? Do you do any green lanes in Derbyshire Peak District? If there are some easy days out would love come join. I have joined the Facebook page yesterday
