Can you inflate the baloon with oxigen only? If is oxigen only, will the conffetti stick to the walls?

would you recommend using Hi- Float. Can you use Hi-float after confetti is already inside your products?

How long will the confetti stay stuck to the side for once you rub the balloon? And how early before a party can you blow them up so they last through the event?

Fantastic question! Since there isn't any Hi-Float in the balloon, you typically need to inflate the balloon day of the event. Especially with having air in the balloon, it won't last as long as a traditional 100% helium filled balloon. But they are 'typically' good for roughly 8 hours (temperature and environment pending...). Balloons can be a tricky game if you don't know how to play it!
The confetti will actually stick more and more as the helium escapes the balloon! Don't use that as a reason to use more air during inflation though. The more air = more static = more stick! But you want balloons to float!

Because those balloons are made of plastic and has a slick material. Latex balloons aren't slick and they grip.
