I also own one of the 6 of these for the UK. I have a few videos of it on RUclips, including a 30-minute video I recorded (without any edits - continuous recording) covering this special car. I have owned it since 2008. At the time I purchased it I had no idea the rarity of the Brabus SL55 AMG K8. It is a wonderful car to own. It will be interesting to see how much this car goes for. An immaculate very low milage standard SL55 AMG sells for between £23'000 to £35'000, but you can find an abused and unloved 2003 SL55 AMG for as low as £6'700 (on eBay).
There is also an SL55 AMG F1. It has an additional charge cooler, different front bumper, raised speed limiter (186 mph) and produces slightly more bhp than the standard SL55 AMG. One of these F1s recently sold for £45'000 at an auction. It had over 51000 miles on the odometer. I think that this Brabus version should sell for around £50'000
