Make sure you have an administrator rights on this PC
Make sure you run a cmd.exe like administrator, Start -> Run -> cmd -> Ctrl+Shift+Enter
@@HetmanRecovery had the same problem. tried with the administrator like u said but same error message came.

Formatting the USB erases all the data. Clearly, that's useless if you need to retain the files. You may as well throw it away and buy a new stick.

For me it says no memory i have Cruzer blade 32gb but in system its says 64mb ,-,
