Twitter is not the right place for making complaints. There are seperate portals available for every activity. If you want to maintain proof for the complaint, send mail directly. That is only best option. Consumer court will not accept Twitter portal complaints. But court will accept Email based complaints.

@@sureshaji-v2u i have raised complaints in all platform flipkart, email, twitter also.. I got a response from flipkart on twitter initially but next time i missed checking which is the correct flipkart Id is the main problem of losing my money
