    My dad is 82 with Parkinsons but hes still hitting the gym 3 times a week walking from each machine with a crutch. Hes a legend.

    Love this, I will turn 75 in January, and have been at it consistently since 1969. Every day I start with 25 minutes of Yoga followed by 75 minutes of resistance, and I do an average of 15000 steps a day. All because I was a sickly little rat who was inspired by Arnold over half a century ago!

      @@tdarden447 but this stuff isn’t a one size fits all approach. More strength training less cardio.

      @@axelstone3131 it actually isn’t. I do 20k a day and I’m 42 and fit. He is doing amazing for 75. Does not need to work out everyday though…a break is good for the muscles to rest and revive.

    I love it. I'm 53 I've trained most of my life and will continue to train for the rest of my life. I insist on staying strong for my wife and daughter 💪🏼. Thank you Arnold, HULKSTER, Nature Boy, Sly and Tony Atlas for inspiring me to stay strong and muscular

      What does a 9-5 have to do with anything? Many people have a 9-5 style job, or a physically demanding job, etc. and still prioritize their health / fitness.

      I mean, why don’t you start injecting and see how you are when you reach their age? You won’t look like them and it’s foolish to you will. They are the icing on the cake. Without a strong foundation of training and diet it’s just a waste of time.
