My dad is 82 with Parkinsons but hes still hitting the gym 3 times a week walking from each machine with a crutch. Hes a legend.
Sounds like he’s a mover and shaker .
@@nazsalabarria860 haha, he'd like that joke :)
Love this, I will turn 75 in January, and have been at it consistently since 1969. Every day I start with 25 minutes of Yoga followed by 75 minutes of resistance, and I do an average of 15000 steps a day. All because I was a sickly little rat who was inspired by Arnold over half a century ago!
Amazing!
15000 is overkill.
@@axelstone3131I think if it’s worked for them over 75, I’d trust what they are saying.
@@tdarden447 but this stuff isn’t a one size fits all approach. More strength training less cardio.
@@axelstone3131 it actually isn’t. I do 20k a day and I’m 42 and fit. He is doing amazing for 75. Does not need to work out everyday though…a break is good for the muscles to rest and revive.
I love it. I'm 53 I've trained most of my life and will continue to train for the rest of my life. I insist on staying strong for my wife and daughter 💪🏼. Thank you Arnold, HULKSTER, Nature Boy, Sly and Tony Atlas for inspiring me to stay strong and muscular
I’m 65 ,with A Fib and arthritis in both my knees, but I make damn sure that I do something everyday.
Real MEN, I admire you!
I'm 65. My goal is to just keep moving so i can be around for my wife and grandkids
Proud of you pops
@@Localhero727 thank you
👍 Much Respect For These Legends Hulk Hogan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ric Flair, Skip Bayless, Lou Ferrigano And Stephen Lang At 70.
i love seeing older folks still active
And I love seeing Black people active. What a world, eh?
Shame you didn’t get Stallone for this. I hope you guys do something with him soon.
Been telling them this for years!!
@@vikramkoppikar4677 yeh they skipped easily the most interesting guy his age.
They all look superb and are all legends
I freaking love this! Thank you for putting this together. Seriously inspiring.
I love that not only does Arnold still train, but he still talks smack! 3:07
skip gotta work on that bicep curl form haha. but in all seriousness as much flack as he gets gotta respect his routine and the shape he is in for his age
Great video, learned a lot
Legend ❤
Arnold is a fool 1 for mommy 😂😂.
I do power yoga at home
Poor hulk hogan only skin and bones He was my fav wrestler in past i like hin He was allways cool 😊😁
c'est des grands légende il on mon respaix.
Slang's a total GILF 😍😍😍
It’d be nice to see Stephen lang, hulk hogan, Rick flair, and Arnold Schwarzenegger in an action movie together with Sylvester Stallone.
tren hard
I wish I could feel good
70 hours to power healthy result.
One answer,
Steroids, and hard work,
That simple, No 💩💩
Stephen Lang just looks frail now to be honest. He should have included mobility work when he was lifting weights instead of giving up strength training.
Playlist Sport.,.
Secret number 1, be rich enough to not need a 9-5 job at 70
What does a 9-5 have to do with anything? Many people have a 9-5 style job, or a physically demanding job, etc. and still prioritize their health / fitness.
True that!
If you really want to make a video like this, then take all the guys who've done gear for 40 years off the list. What a joke
I mean, why don’t you start injecting and see how you are when you reach their age? You won’t look like them and it’s foolish to you will. They are the icing on the cake. Without a strong foundation of training and diet it’s just a waste of time.
