How can an investor be assured that manufactorers of small/modular nuclear power plants would be operating several years from completion of their project. If the manufacturer goes bankrupt where would they get technical support?

Does japan have Heat index issue?japan has better bureaucracy...no airport glitches.
In terms of fossil fuel usage USA belongs to the top contributor. Philippines isn't. Why US still uses fossil fuel? Why they can hardly shift to the nuclear energy if that is the way forward?
Why is the least fossil fuel contributor with airport glitches, susceptible to el nino, high heat indexes, ashfall, la nina and more frequent tremor to the least with new fault systems occurring lured to a high risk technology? Why not in a country with a more suitable climate geology and hi level of practice or manpowernuclear safety protocols?
Novel technology of high risk I believe must be simulated first on extreme weather...seismic conditions I think before the prototype is put into application
Sa Ukraine ba tinira ba ng russia ang facilities nito? ??

Yung airport glitches, leak sa bangkal makati, o yung sinkhole or pagguho NG lupa sa ilalim NG kalsada dahil sa clogged drainage are sad to say examples or manifestations of poor operations and maintenance sa atin...
      And walang POGO sa Japan.

Nasa ring of fire ba ang US? During high heat of indexes , the gasoline evaporated from the vehicles? Let us not be guinea pigs for a novel tech used in a different climate and geology than ours I think
For a balanced presentation kindly guest the nay sayers with scientific bases.

Japan is in ring of fire. fukushima was damaged because of tsunami, NOT the earthquake itself. modular nuclear power is very different from what Japan has now. Modular is far better and more innovative. and the risk is far less compared to old design.

Japan has 14 nuclear power plants. Taiwan has 2. think about it.
