I've been wanting to do this for years, now, finely, on my third trip to Apache Junction, it's part of the plan. Thanks! I binge watch "Mysteries". Love all of the stories!

Thanks for the education on petroglyph canyon. I never knew it was literally up the street and a hike from where I stay at the best western in Gold Canyon when I’m in AZ on business. I’m going to check it out on my next trip west. Are there any living Indians or individuals that can decipher the glyphs today?
A big thank you to everyone involved here and may God bless Hank and Charlie.

Be careful there. Back in 2001, I was there and accidentally wandered thru a portal. I don’t know if I went into the past or the future. I was able to get back into this timeline because a group of lizard creatures chased me back down the mountain and thru the portal before it closed!
Edit: I think the hieroglyphic springs have ancient warnings of the portal system inscribed

Also, one night not far from Tortilla Flat I saw a bearded man cross the road and he was holding a gallon jug of water. Later on I saw a photo of Elisha Reavis and realized that was the bearded man I saw but supposedly he died back in 1896! I believe the man I saw had discovered how to use the portal system in the Superstition Mountains, and he was lost in time. So when I saw him, it was during his travels into the future! I think the Lost Gold was never found because somebody at some point hid it somewhere in the future… possibly by accident because it is easy to walk thru one of these portals inadvertently. Probably explains quite a few disappearances in the wild

Now, the Native People can read a number of the Petroglyphs, they can interpret the larger number of them, although they do not feel comfortable with giving their traditions and stories to the General Public. After all Archaeologists and other Academics have long judged their stories and History as Myth. The Mainstream Archaeologists can relate most of it to their "19th Century Theory based Paradigm and Linear Timeline" and as a Historian, my perspective on this is:
    1) the "Mainstream Theory based Paradigm" will come to be realized as a far greater influence of myth than any Ancient or Native People's accounts of History.
The Native People's have long been insulted by the Egos of Mainstream Academia/Archaeologists "writing their ideas over the Native People's History.
    2) In the very near future our History will have far greater clarity and accuracies. It will favor the Native and Ancients telling far more than the MS 20th Century Version.
DNA studies are correcting much and more to come.
    Best Thoughts ...

We have a whole book of ancient writings that have been translated. People believe what's convenient and what matches their world view.
