I played with the controls a bit as this is a new car to us. Looked to me like recirculate is always on no matter what as well as the AC light. And don't know how to just get a fan with no AC or heat? What am I missing. Help appreciated.

Do I need to worry and turn the ac button off when using auto mode in cold temps, or will it be fine on or off? Thanks for any replies!
There’s nothing wrong with using air conditioning with your heat. All it does is condition the air whether it be hot or cold. This comes in handy with heat when you’re defrosting your windshield. It’s much faster with the AC activated.
Is there a way to remove the temperature control knob to clean it? Because it’s sticking cuz some soda got splashed in that area and I was about to clean most of it but can’t get the inside well

When I turn off my fan, I feel a little bit of air still coming out of my middle vents. Is this normal and I have to turn temperature to cool area so there's no warm air coming out.

To circulate fresh air from outside, look for a button with an arrow pointing outside or a symbol of a car with arrows entering it.

To turn on the heater in a 1994 Toyota Camry LE, look for the temperature control knob and set it to the desired heat level.
