I have never done sabjri. I used to prepare bhajji stuffed with masala I.e. powdered pottukadalai with salt , jeera. It will taste very nice. Thank you very much for doing this sabj.

Then stuff roasted besan haldi salt mix. N just on tawa with little oil N cover cook ..it gets nicely roasted like tawa fry. It goes well with roti n curd rice. N thts not very spicy. I hv tasted only one or 2 times. They also make it as snack for tea time here :-) cheers. Easy less oil healthy recipes...pls.upload. thx

I normally add sautéed paneer fingers and serve with paranoia. Best accompaniment is simple yellow lentil. When it is in season, I make it every week once. Thanks for your recipe
