Anyone forget his CRAZY mother Shan? All the live streams when they first got on the show, threatening violence towards Ashley and saying horrible things about her.. Kid ended up just as violent and unpredictable as that trash woman.
I live in Henderson and remember the other day there was a police standoff near my neighborhood, it was Bar. It lasted a while....and babe say Nevada the right way.

Holly is EXTREMELY intelligent! My husband, my kids 'step' Dad but he is their DAD, was in prison, we were 100% honest with them, they were free to ask any questions at their own time and we answered them... I think honesty with kids is always important, they awww smart and lying to them creates mistrust

A DV charge is a mandatory 48 hour hold in a lot of places. It’s not only due to probation. Its purpose is to provide the victim time to do what they need to do for their safety.
My kids father has had 7 (between every woman he was with after me) and we were together 19 years ago, and he’s never done a day in jail. Rhode Island is the most laxed when it comes to domestic violence

It sounds like he didnt let someone leave the house, threatened them if they tried...I think the domestic hold, is bc of the child support...so hes gotta pay a purge amount
Where I live a domestic hold is a restraining order that the judge puts in place to keep you away from your victims. Obviously so you’re not supposed to contact them, where I’m at if you have a bond you’re still able to bond out
That is the dumbest crap I have ever heard. They say he kidnapped someone with no threat to harm them. Kidnapping someone is harming them! Kidnapping is harm all in itself whether he put hands on someone or not when you kidnap someone that causes damage, even if you’re the nicest person in the world to then you kidnapped them. Honestly, the way they word word the laws and charges doesn’t make sense to me sometimes. You don’t have to do anything to anyone just kidnapping them can cause them so much😢
Oh, they have to give you a bond amount on the new charges, and you can pay the bond, but they probation hold will stand, lol. Technically, the probation violation and the new charge are separate. It's always funny when the new girl in jail thinks she can pay whatever bond they list n get out but are on probation. If you're lucky, it will take 12 to 24hrs for them to get the notification you're on probation or parole. But if you've sat there waiting to be seen by a judge, you're clapped they'll set u a bond bc it's protocol, but you're not going anywhere

Domestic hold could probably mean that because there is a domestic violence issue if the victim states they don't want them released and fear for their life then they could put a hold on him for a certain amount of time to allow the victim to get somewhere safe and where they don't know they are etc.
I know in my state child support is a domestic/J&D matter. They put a hold on them & it’s a mandatory jail. However, usually they don’t violate probation until you’ve been convicted of new charge. It sounds like he assaulted a female, took her phone or threatened to damage it, & then had a meltdown begging her not to leave and preventing her from being able to do so which would explain the DV & non violent abduction charge. Just my guess. DV is a horrible thing & hard to escape. I hope IF it is Ashley, she’s safe & has a plan in place.
It's called a body attachment warrant when it comes to child support you get so far behind they put a warrant out for you to put you in jail so that you are held accountable for not paying your dues
I get that. But this man is the same as everyone else, whether he on tv or not. Do any of you keep up with the world and the awful things people do everyday. Like murdering their own kids,molestation,abuse. They get less time and a lesser bail. Sorry just makes me sick. Go target the ones who really deserve jail time,appropriate jail time and consequences. Not saying what he did is okay and he don't deserve to do time. I can explain the Nevada laws! Kidnapping is commonly used here for not letting someone leave during an argument, if he threatened to take her phone or break it that is his domestic more than likely. I work in the field here so I’m happy to help ya navigate it lol

I've always thought Bar and Ashley were great parents. However, they aren't good as a couple. A lot of young girls who dont have their father around or ones that dads are in and out usually have daddy issues . My dad wasn't around until i had my daughter at 18 and were close to this day, but i had daddy issues growing up. Seeing kids with their dads at dances and i only had my grandparents. I hope bar gets it together . Holly is so smart and cute. Im pretty sure Bars brother is in prison.

DA domestic hold is a restriction that prevents someone from bonding out and appearing in court after an arrest for domestic violence. The purpose of a domestic hold is to create a cooling-off period to prevent retaliation and to create a buffer between the two people involved before they can interact again. She will get a protective order
Also kidnap can be not letting someone leave the home or holding her down.. etc HENCE the Domestic Violence charge which all those roll into ! All he will get is a probation sentence and do his time…
