Why not just delete the patches? I mean there's no online servers anymore.

@@radical.4489 if you go into gamedata utility in the XMB, look for GT5 press TRIANGLE and INFORMATION and make sure the version says 2.17 or whatever if it does then that is the patcges file, delete ut and start the game choosing not to update the game upon starting, do the glitch, save and then quit the game and update the game again. 🙂

Wow, the time it takes you to do that I can be half way around the 24h track. Plus I will actually be having fun and learning to drive.
@TheTyrant01 If you want to run a 24 hours race without using a glitch, it honors you. But here are many people going to work or to school who don't have time to drive 24 hours. And some people say that they don't want to run their Playstation over night if everybody in the house or flat is sleeping. So I really can understand people using that glitch to complete a 24 hours race.
you do realize that you can just pause the game though right??? you dont need to sit there for 24 hours straight. just pause it and walk away and pick it up later. no big deal.

@@wojtek1597 Unless I'm mistaken, being able to suspend an endurance race, turn the PS3 off and be able to resume it later, wasn't that a thing from the very beginning or was that genuinely added in a later update?

You would need to be 2 times fasrer than bots. Nearly impossible.
Right thats not gonna work lol. bout time 12 hours hit, your not gonna be to many laps in front of them. At the 12 hour mark, u need to b at least twice the laps u drove at that 12 hour mark for the bots to not catch back up to u for the next 12 hours to go through.

You can make the same in 1 minute, but with another path, this one is too long in time, i do it in 1"00 approximatively with the escudo.

Suspending the race. Stops the clock. In a 24 hour race. (Without glitching. ) the clock has to run for 24 hours. I don't even think pausing keeps the clock alive.

@BrianHoWeiHoe I find nothing useful when it comes to exploiting a glitch in a game. Sorry but if I want to race for 24 hours I will run it 24 hours. I will not be cheating the game nor myself. Do what ever you want with the game you bought it.

No, I don't think you get it. The track is called like that. The Nurburgring 24H Layout consists of the GP + the Nordschleife track, and the reason why it's called like that is because that layout is used for 24h races at Nurburgring. So even though it's 1 lap, it doesn't matter. Otherwise it would've been an endurance race with a time limit.
