thanks for the alcoholfree upload, I came upon this searching for nonalcohol drink which some of the Danes make, I search only to find Gin/Martini/Aquavit/Vodka recipes. You are the only one to be alcoholfree :-)
You probably don't like hearing this from some kid, but when I grow up I want to create a kind of mini-suburbia like the one you have established for yourself. First off my mind is frequently blown when you use measurements like kilo/liter when you're only talking about sugar and fruits. These videos are informative and somewhat entertaining for my tastes. I also personally made fruit leathers on my spare time in the family oven. They came out fantastic. Thank you Johnathan Wallace. Smiley Face
We accidentally oversweetened some loganberry jam, once, and the pleasant sting was completely taken out of them. We got the tangy taste back by adding some lemon juice, and, luckily, the stingy tang came back.
Me and my family don't like this kind of jelly, jam etc very sweet. What if you don't put any sugar or put a lot less sugar in this process since apples are generally quite sweet? Would they go off earlier? (If you reply please like my comment since I cannot see my replies in the notifications section somehow)
Thankyou so much for your nice video with clear instructions.
We used to make this and have it with pork, it was amazing.!! Thanks for the video, good memories.!!😊
