Be part of the merriment in historic downtown Sevierville during Sevierville’s 61st annual Christmas Parade. The traditional hometown parade, which begins promptly at 11am on Saturday, December 2, 2023, features a marching band, car groups, pageant winners, baton twirlers and more!
WHERE TO WATCH THE PARADE:
The parade will follow its traditional route this year by traveling north on Forks of the River Parkway, making a right on Main Street, making a right on Court Avenue and returning to the starting point.
You can easily watch the parade from anywhere along the route but standing along Court Avenue near the Sevier County Courthouse (125 Court Avenue) provides one of the most scenic and festive viewing points available.
Guests usually begin arriving for the parade 30 minutes to an hour prior to the parade step off at 11am EST. The parade typically takes about 30 minutes to pass a viewing point.

I am a Californian and loved this . I loved that people were nice enough to hand candy out instead of throwing at you. Loved the antique tractors. And I liked that someone was there to lend a helping hand to the guy on the tractor and pulled along to finish the parade. What I found missing was equestrian riders. And do you all ever have Native Americans representation. We get the privilege of having them attend and preform in our parades. The pageantry is beautiful. Also missed the marching bands. Gatlinberg had tons of marching bands which was phenomenal. Both parades were stellar! Thanks for filming them. Great job! 👍🏻

The Sevierville Christmas Parade is definitely a lot less crowded & cold than the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade!
I was there on the other side of the. I also, went to the parade in Townsend yesterday. It was great to see the video of the parade from the opposite side!!!!! I was wearing my penguin hat!

Boy oh boy oh boy!!! I lived there 18 years & this brings back memories. Parts of the movie " The Dollmaker" starring Jane Fonda was made there. One scene involving a DR office that was across the street from our house had Jane carrying a child into the office.. My Son & I watched it being filmed. My Son had the experience of having Jane standing near him , probably not being needed for a scene . I was at work in a restaurant, Newman's, Cafe and he told me about it when I got home later.
Happy to bring back memories with this small town Christmas parade!

It’s very nice parade and not much crowded peoples.
The Sevierville Christmas parade is typically the first SAT in DEC.
Looking at Tennessee to maybe live there. Tried Virginia… who is hiring in Sieverville? Take care and have a good December. Love your videos and the Great Smokies, Blue Ridge and Appalachia ❤

People didn't seem to happy in this parade, I definitely would go to the Gatlinburg parade over this one, where is the Christmas cheer, I think they should have had some more music
People were actually more relaxed at this parade IMO. It's nowhere near as crowded or cold as the Gatlinburg night parade. People were fighting over chair placement in the crowded streets of Gatlinburg the night before.
