Music is incredibly powerful, soothing music makes your body release endorphins which is your bodies natural painkiller than helps alleviate pain, increases recovery, regulate emotions and stress - helpful given hospitals can be quite stressful and upsetting places - helps alleviate depression, and increases recovery time. (Useful for gym going and athletes after exercise to increase post-workout recovery too)
I think it's absolutely beautiful, I wish there was more public pianos!
