Love the look of your cover...dimensional flowers always get my creative attention. I am so late discovering this paper collection...lucky enough to find some still available. It's taken me a while to accept pink as a Christmas color. I really like the look and movement of dangle charms, bells, etc. Well done!
This tured out delightful! I'm hoping you will go on to do a Valentine's Day album as well. Maybe visit an OLDER template - like the DIY or the Top Note packs ... both would lend themselves so nicely to a Valentine's theme!
Congrats on finishing your final 2024 album. Looking forward to seeing what's next and the first project for 2025 whenever it's started. I did like a lot of the elements you put in this one and the unveiling of your new cascading binding system. This was a great way to revisit past journals and reinterpreting them into something new as well. Great paper pad used, great colors, etc. And you learned some new techniques with the two-toned wax seals. I think one of my fav elements of this album is the hidden journal that is something that I did, too, when I made my very first hand made journal using some of your page elements when you did the pages with the fins. The fins was a revolutionary way to create an album - I hadn't seen anyone do that before and I had to try making an album using that technique. The cascade is another innovation - I'm just stuck on the fins for now. LOL. Anyway - I look forward to actually making some journals this year - hopefully my crafting mojo is back - and I know 1000% that I will use many of the tricks, tools, and techniques that I've learned from you. I'm even inspired to start making some of my own things for my journals. I hope you discover some more gorgeous foiled paper pads this year - I'm always drooling over your elegant foiled papers like this. I wish I had them, too! It seems like the prettier the papers and foils the better the album looks. And this one looks lovely.
Such a fun and creative project. Kinda bummed that it is done. The different techniques and pretty papers all worked so beautifully together. I don’t know what you are thinking of next, but I would like to see you mix this one with an older design and see how they could be mixed together. Especially since this one has the 3d pocket design. Just something I have been thinking about doing maybe with the glassine template set. I look forward to whatever you are inspired to make next.
