Sounds: Impossible to live in Tridhasa due to unbearable train sound, vipina construction sound, and tridhasa orr side main road sounds
Chemicals: bad chemicals from train line , vipina construction side, and nearby chemical factories, roadside vehicles pollution
Dust: Too much unbearable dust that you will never ever open any windows or doors or sliding doors even in kitchen areas due to construction dust and maintenance road vehicles dust.
No air: So you will never allow natural air inside house. U should completely depend on air purifier and AC and robo vaccum cleaner
Health issues:If you have kids, elders, or week people mentally or physically, they will suffer high level mentally and physically due to all these unlivable issues and no hospitals near by
Rain water : If it rains kids, elders, sometimes others will definitely get skid and get admitted into hospitals as the corridors will suddenly get filled with rain water.
Pests: And there is too much of termite, drain, and other unrecognisable pest issues through out the community.
Waterflow: Many balconies and washareas, bathroom tiles in such a way that the waterflow is not there to the drain.
Remote area: no near by groceries ,hospitals , restaurants or cabs, autoes, buses, parlours, nothing. Except 3-4 near by schools, nothing else is available.
Rent: Rent is very high for non livable place , don't know why, who is tricking this, many tenents are suffering as owners are hiding all these non livable conditions,facts and once tenants shift with furniture and kids , it's very difficult to relocate again. Some owners are in illusion that this is myhome so the construction and livability is exceptional and the way they are presenting agreements, we never see across Hyderabad, they are looking at tenants only as Janitors who came just to clean their house with such high rents due to their insecurity of severe dust coming from outside. Living in 15k rent gives super duper peace and health than living here with these many problems. This make u doesn't concentrate on ur general life and career as u without knowing keep thinking abt these unhealthy factors.
Shifting: is also big problem. no transport people are agreeing for shifting here as the community is allowing only 7feet Tata ace inside.
Parking: this is good for small cars, for gig cars it's very difficult for parking.
Seepages and leakages : already started across the building, u can imagine the quality and engineering is very normal, many ambitious other builders build better flats even than this,
Swimming and Gym: you need to pay 1k extra apart from maintenance for each person for for gym and 700rs for swimming for each person as of now, and timings are limited, crowd is high,
Maids: due to above said severe need of cleaning, demand for maids is high so the payment and irregularities and quitting is very high
Landscape: looks good.
Tenants 100% stay away.
Buyers :check these factors that I mentioned above and then decide.

Investors are everywhere.. but they can't hold the flats for decades bro ..
90lac more than enough for these flats of 1850sft, huge cost of living, no shops nearby, vegetables groceries will be over priced and gettings maids is real headache, and no autos busses and cabs if parents want to go out its very difficult....
What is the price per sqft in this community.
All the myhome projects are extremely overpriced, this one in particular is far away from city near ORR exit 2, and that too near a railway track, sound pollution will be crazy.
Worst investment to make is in tellapur, ive been struggling to resale the property , prices are just artificially hiked , its just a bubble , investing on a flat worth more than 70 lakhs is silly, people like sheeps investing 1.5cr in tellapur is idiotic thing to do that too on flats
