building the new Niteangel hamster cage!

- Happy new year! I finally got my hands on the new Niteangel hamster enclosure as a christmas/birthday present for my boy Ash! This cage is around 800 sq inches in floorspace, and it was $215! Big investment, but definitely worth it since it's a big step up from his old bin cage. Most of the other accessories in his cage are from amazon or the niteangel website, and the wheel is from Exotic Nutrition!

I'm impressed by the cage and it's size, not so much by the price, but it does look good.
The price is a bit much, I would say it depends on whether or not you want to spend a good amount to get something that fits together already and made by someone else, or if you wanna spend however much you want it to cost by making your own. I don't have much time on my hands, so I went with this choice :) I agree it's a lot though!

How sturdy would you say it is, I want this cage to keep my annoying cats out so do you think it’s strong enough to hold even if a cat sits on it?
I would say it probably depends on how big/heavy your cat is. if they don't have much trouble jumping gracefully, the cage should be stable enough. Although, because the action might stress out your hammy, I would try your best to prevent that from happening if possible

@@darstmary oh okay! Ours is arriving tomorrow and I've been searching everywhere trying to see how others have put up a water source. Hopefully our little one knows how to use a water dish lol
Hi! I have a question, so what size did you get the cage because there is small, medium, and large? I am thinking on getting the medium niteangel cage for my new Syrian that im going to get in 2 weeks. But I wanted to hear on your opinion. And how much is the medium and large just to compare them? Thank you!!!!! Btw: your hamster is too cuteee!
Mine is large! They have the measurements on the website, and it cost around $200 :)

did the cage hold up well ? because i hear lots of people say it flimsy like the rubber bands snap and stuff
