I genuinely shed a tear while watching this, it's just so good. I remember the arcade version having the cool low part with about 2 to 3 notes every 1 second and then the insanely fast higher pitched part and I just thought that would have been impossible to play on the piano. And then at the end you just so casually start playing the interlude music and I burst out laughing. HAHA Great work.
Oh, you just made me discover that there was a full version of this music. I don't think you can hear it entirely in the NES game because it is quickly cut off. If I had known that this complete version existed, I would have liked to offer it entirely on the piano indeed.
@@GabbPiano On nes you can hear, if you don't press any buttom. Then it will play entirely. A friend of mine made a video with all versions of it. Maybe you want check it out. ruclips.net/video/mbNfqiB6fwY/видео.html Anyways, loved all stages you played!!!
Dear Gabb, thank you for your utmost virtuosity in recreation of those melodic gems. Your immaculate technique and arrangement is beyond most of the viewers abilities here, thus we can only enjoy and admire. I understand your choice of melodies is dictated by popularity and interest in specific game areas however if it's melodic structures that tell you which next arrangement to make I would advise the arcade game called Trojan (tatakai no banka) with its interesting ear-cathing and haunting tunes, varied from stage to stage to only come up with even more complex and interesting motives.
Thank you very much, Lordo! My choices of arrangements are dictated by nothing other than my desires. And it turns out that Trojan is completely one of them. But I'm talking about the NES version, whose second level theme is different, and in my opinion, much more successful than that of the arcade version.
@@GabbPiano Wonderful. In that case I feel also obliged to direct your attention to the OST form Shinobi (arcade ver) and Legend of Hero Tonma (arcade too). Perhaps you will find find it worthy as well...
I've been looking for this for days, but couldn't find it. Then it appears as a recommendation lol (wtf youtube) It was amazing, you really deserve more views
That is some sick melodic finger independence on the right hand

Ah man, and you even give out the midi file as well...what a legend.
Yes, I hope you find it useful. :)
Aww, he played a bit of "Intermission" in the ending. I would love to hear it completely (even if it's so short).

I like the expression on his face here, like he's just discovered some hidden notes for the very first time.

Mince, la fin est un peu abrupte pour un morceau de cette qualité.
