In this eposide our all levels Class 1st we coverd chest tio chest maintaining from side pin & looking to work to mount with no submissions we wanted to give a focus on the top player to be able to learn how to pin your partner with conections & movement .
part 2 we coverd over armlock top postion Attacks & Defnce top player had to learn hoe to stay conected to there partner through 3 pionts of contact with body head and shoulder line . and work on braking grips to finish the armlock . bottom player was to free there elbow line away from the hip line . after you will see some free sparring .
