More people should train under GB. At least you get your belt when you should. Some gyms keep you purple belt like 7 years. It is ridiculous.

I’ve been doing this for the past few months and wondering how people got such low times. I’ve been squatting much deeper - this looks like a ‘bounce’ and I’ve been doing pretty much full burpees with a jump 🤦. No wonder it was killing me!!!😬
