I live in Satsuma Alabama a small town north of Mobile Alabama.
I watched the game though in Gatlinburg Tn Saturday night at our motel.
All day Saturday morning & afternoon...no matter where we went in Gatlinburg...when an L.S.Who fan saw my Bama hat & shirt all I heard was "Bama Don't Know What's Coming" or Bama's Gonna Get Beat In Death Valley".
After the game we hit the Gatlinburg Strip...NOT 1 L.S.WHO FAN COULD BE FOUND AFTER THE GAME!!!

Alabama slammed LSU 29-0.
Slammed is not the right term it was a defensive game and Bama's defense were able to capitalize on their pass rush on lsu's bad pass protection by their tackles.
29 to 0 every where else is a blowout and if you actually watched the game you know we were at least supposed to have 39 if we didn't step on our own toes. They slammed LSU, it was a tough ish battle but we still won by 29 points.
And if what you said is the truth it still sounds like we slammed them to me haha.... you say it was a defensive game but we still just about put up our normal yards, look at the stats fam
@@quintaviousrea1754 your normal numbers are 340+ yards passing 3 tds and 0 interceptions from Tua and about 100 yards from Jalen. Y'all got 295 2 tds and 1 interception from Tua. Your normal numbers are pass heavy this game was balanced because LSU was playing Tua the best any team has played him this year. Slamming is winning by 5 tds in which bama won by 4 tds. But if you had watch the game you would've saw that if LSU's oline were able to protect Burrow then the game would've been a different story. As well slamming is where a team totally dominates the other which Bama did not yes the score shows that they beat them pretty good but your usually numbers are 45 points minimum which you were a couple 16 points off. This game showed that Bama is beatable.

It was balanced last night because nick wanted to show that they could run the ball on LSU and run that clock out which we did the whole game we dominated run game and the pass game did we not. How does a 29 to 0 win show that a team is beatable this is the most dominant we've looked over LSU in a long time if you didn't see a dominating game just based off of us not winning by 2 more touchdowns you're idiotic. Hilarious that LSU player saying whoever wins this game usually wins national championship and I guess he means the six times Alabama won the game because I believe in 2011 when LSU won the game the dam Crimson Tide still won the national championship. I think a 4-team playoff is consistent with their stated objective: to award the best team with the nat'l championship each year. I can't remember a season when the best team, by any reasonable assessment, was not one of the top 4 ranked teams.
@Will Zadick24 Agree with you 100%!! When everyone wanted the BCS format gone and screamed for a playoff I wondered how long it would take for this to happen. The teams sitting on the outside looking in will always want in and feel that there should be more teams especially the fans of those teams.
Because those teams that finish 9-16 would want it expanded to a 16 team playoff because no one wants to be just on the edge of that bubble. Even though they couldn't get it done int he regular season they feel that all will be right if they were only put in the playoffs.

@@TsunamiHead62 Right now I agree that it does appear that 6 or 7 might have a shot according to what we have seen thus far. But at the end of the season that usually changes where there one maybe two teams that has any legitimate argument. I can't imagine any system where there will never be a team on the bubble that feel they should not get in. Those teams ranked 9 and 10 usually feel they could be 7 or 8 just like 5 and 6 often feels now. Ohio State looked really good last year till they lost big to Iowa is one example. Now I'm not saying a team with 2 losses couldn't pull off a miracle or even a team with a losing schedule not that anyone would put them in the play off. But my point is that if you take care of business on the field the best teams are usually included. Are teams left out that have legitimate arguments sure, will they be in the future yes but enlarging things only moves the bar so that it gets even more complicated. Now we go from the idea that 2 losses takes you out of play off contention to factoring in teams with 2 and maybe even 3 losses. Now you are asking the committee to make even harder decisions with a lot more variables then you do now where people feel they already get it wrong. What people want is some system that would say beyond any deliberation that these are the top 4 or 8 or whatever teams in the country beyond any doubt. I have heard people compare the CFP to the NFL system. But the big difference is that there are 32 teams compared to 130 Div I college football teams. I just can't see how adding more teams will give you a better result. If people want a Cinderella team to root for that is fine but they need to earn it on the field during the regular season not have a special Cinderella spot given to them. Even winning things in the regular season comes with controversy as in the UCF discussion. Adding more just adds more controversy. I will say that IMO one of the great things about college football is the water cooler debates such as this. Take out the debates and give us some magical system that leaves nothing up to debate ever would take away much of the fun of college football IMO.
