Mission Bible Church exists to love God, love people, and make disciples.
I thank God for a few good pastors!!!!
Pastor Tony, your sermons really resonate with me. What a blessing you are to the Lord Jesus. Mission Church is blessed to have you. Shalom . . .
Been to ministries in my past that you are describing, and God allowed me to see what was not Scriptural, because Ive always prayed that God would show me the Truthand to not allow me to be deceived.
Very bold message, thank you for this. Its disheartening being in ministries that are so devout to that specific 80s evangelical style of faith healing. The longer we settle for counterfeit miracles the less likely we are to see the real ones.
This is very prevalent in churches. It’s mixed with other biblical teachings so it’s not too obvious a lot of times. That’s very dangerous.
Pastor Tony 👊🏽 thank you 🙏🏽All glory to God 🙌🏽
So much truth!
Amen!
I'll take sicknesss and suffering if it will lead me to a more upright and holy life in Christ any day. Sign me up, Im in. Gods grace is enough.
Truth spoken brother Tony!
So good thankyou
Our pleasure!
One thing to understand is whenever Jesus healed it was NEVER the same way. Whenever the Disciples were sent out (now Apostles), they could do everything on that list in Mark 16. They didn't pick and choose they did them all. These are SIGN GIFTS, not spiritual gifts. We have no need for SIGN gifts because the word is already written down and confirmed (Heb 1:1-2; 2:3-4).
That's a really good comment I needed it
Amen ! thank you and Love you 🤗🙏blessing

I wish you were in South Florida and not California
I like discovering new pastors online. I came across Mission Bible and listened to one sermon and pastor was on point. Then this video came up. I love the topic of healing and am aware of false prophets/teachers. This pastor made a few valid points but most of it was out of context. It's just another pastor who doesn't teach the Bible "in context". This is why we are told to "test every spirit". The body of Christ need to do their own study with the Holy Spirit and ask Him to show you truth from error. So many things he said towards the last few minutes is erroneous. Read John 10:10. We have been given all things, empowered by the Holy Spirit to PUT INTO PRACTICE all the things we see Jesus and apostles did. I really wanted to like this pastor but he's another one that does not breakdown the word contextually. Don't be mislead by his boldness. I don't agree 100% with some of the things the "modern healers/teachers" have taught but neither do I agree with this pastor. It's your typical off balance where each are on the opposite end of the spectrum and not centered on the truth of the gospel. I encourage everyone to read your bible and study it for yourself. Don't be one of those who is apathetic and just want to get spoon-fed and believe everything you hear or see. This is why the corporate body of Christ is so lost and divided. This is a pastor who teaches his personal opinion and not the Bible...VERY SAD.
