I have a question. Let's say one has a scoliosis with a degree of 20% ... is this curable in a way that makes further treatment unneeded? Are there doctors in Germany, too, that can help?

I'm 51yrs old and had scoliosis from a young child that I can remember. My parents never address it or even mentioned or show and concerns. I was always self-conscious and shy all my life because of it. None of my doctors ever showed any attention to me about it even though as an adult I was having pain. I never really knew there were help for scoliosis. I recently had an xray and ot showed an S shape curve 67degree and 39degree lumbar. Is there any possibilities for some help correct some of my curves and helping with my pain?
