- This is a follow up video! I originally visited the Little Rock City Hall back in April '23. Quality Security discriminated against me because I had a camera. I was denied access until finally escorted around by the Mayor's security, however I was still limited to where I was allowed to go. In today's video, I attempt to enter the building with no camera in hand to see how I would be treated.

WHY are we, the taxpayers, paying to build and staff these huge palaces in every city and yet not be "permitted" to walk into them? I hear it everyday all across the country. "That's on the website", " you have to make an appointment", " you have to show ID"........ If the public isn't allowed in, then sell the building and turn it into condos.... get a double wide to house the few folks that it will require to answer web requests! Cut the costs, cut the staff, reduce the taxes, reduce the legacy costs. I'm tired of the government taking more and more taxes and then telling me what they CAN'T do for me!

My city, Lawton, Ok tried to require ID when signing in at city hall. They learned in a weekend that it was against the constitution.

There was a moment when the sergeant stated that if you didn't give your id he would arrest you. Watch how when he says this she suddenly gets all excited and quickly steps forward getting ready to go hands on. Too many officers let the power of a badge and gun go to their heads. I can see that she will end up shooting someone one day for something trivial like not putting their hands behind their back quickly. She is dangerous and if she was my daughter I would not be proudof her being a police officer. Congratulations brother!!! Please keep us posted on the process and outcome of this 1983 lawsuit/settlement!!! Remember you don't need an attorney or even money to file and collect and all you need to do is issue letter of intent to sue and refuse to settle for less than $60k bare minimum and i promise you that you will be satisfied in order to not pursue suit, i widh i got to tell you that complaint process is unadvisable as it is a function designed to protect them and is guaranteed to result in retaliation of some kind no matter what if not also accompanied with a 1983 suit/letter of intent issued. There is nothing for you to gain from complaint and nothing for them to lose and will result in some degree of retaliation for having the audacity to try amd hold them accountable. The only recourse we have that is legal is to collect the compensation owed per law, and fortunately it is a very good recourse and entirely untaxable as it compensatory even in settlement! Make sure you cite 14th amendment as well as this was egregious discrimination and unequal protection under the law and also cite conspiracy to deprive rights under color of law. They are separate offenses. You really lucked out with this one! I absolutely promise you that you are guaranteed a bare minimum of atleast $60k in settlement alone, file seeking at least $2M though. I hope this money assists you and your families betterment!

If you really want things to change and increase viewers these videos need to be shared with local news. The people need to see and know what the lying cop are doing. The people need to learn that they have rights and that their rights are being violated. Not many know about audits. The cops need to do better.
Officer Perkins should leave the attitude at her home before she gets to work and puts the uniform on, and act in a professional and respectful manner when dealing with the public. The Sergent took something simple and escalated it when he became irritated with Random Patriot, these officers require more training on how to conduct themselves when dealing with the public, to remain CALM, and do NOT escalate the situation, be RESPECTFUL and stop with the intimidation tactics, aka: a form of bullying in order for the citizen to comply ( even though some of those orders are NOT lawful orders, and the problem is the officers THINK it is. ) This is why there needs to be police reform ( not defund ) but reform and better training.

You do not have to have ID to enter public building for business. A lot of places tried to force that after 911, but it is not legal under the Constitution specifically the 4th Amendment.
You might want to go look up The Patriot Act of 2001 and all of its updates. Congress passed law that says you must ID to enter a federal building. So yeah you lost your 4th and 5th amendment rights 22 years ago.
Don’t like it? Contact your congressman and get things changed!

As your immediate neighbor (OK) to your west, I've been to AR many times. Beautiful state. Was a nice state to visit and "play tourist," but having watched many videos of Tyrants Gone Wild, I won't be visiting anymore.
When we do the Talimena drive this fall, I'm going to turn around at the Arkansas state line and go back. I'm sure they won't miss our tourist dollars.

I still believe that auditors are changing things, slowly (because those in "power" are thick headed and don't want to relinquish that perceived power), but change nonetheless. The old saying "slow and steady, wins the race" comes to mind. Change for the better is a beautiful thing to see.
I lived in Little Rock in the early seventies and it was a wonderful wonderful place to live. The area of Little Rock I moved to was just starting up. It would be a terrible shame if this wonderful city has gone to pot.

This was a teachable moment. Without throwing it in their faces like a "gotcha" moment you could have asked if they learned something valuable and said thank you for doing the right thing. That bridges the gap showing him he made a mistake, but also showing that we acknowledge he is owning up to it. It can, and has, changed the way policing is done.
