¡Muchas gracias por este video! ¿Por qué se dice "el abuelo"? Al fin menciona "nuestro abuelo", pero ¿es correcto referirse a su familiar con el artículo definido así como "La mamá dice que..." cuando es tu mamá? ¿O solo se usa esta forma para algunos familiares?

Sí, es normal, especialmente con abuelos y tíos. No se suele usar tanto con la familia inmediata.
