David -- I want you to know that you've truly made a difference in my quality of life in regards to my much better knee mobility because of the glute exercises you've shared. I do them religiously.
And he's the best physiotherapist ever when it comes to shoulders as well. I've been following all his tips & guidance and boy, it's made a huge, huge difference. My tendon tear has regenerated 20% in one month of doing part of his suggested exercises and added another 2 the following month.
Hi Carol, That’s amazing to hear! Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re so glad the exercises have been helping you-it’s always inspiring to see people taking control of their health and feeling better. Keep up the great work! 🙌
This is GREAT stuff! Plain and simple …👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Little story: I consider my knees already reasonably arthritic, even though they still function pretty well. When hiking in the mountains going downhill can and has already occasionally become a serious problem for me. But I have a friend, a alpinist, who is able to almost literally run downhill. So I tried to copy his Style of moving…. and while watching your video I realise that you explain exactly how he moves. And this style allows me to hike downhill for hours without problems during or after the hike. Also working on my cervical spine (cervical radiculopathy) after I found your videos about it -> again: Amazing stuff!👍🏻👍🏻Thanks
I wish I knew this when my knees first started getting osteoarthritis. I saw something on RUclips about 7- 8 years ago about going up and down the stair one step at a time and It would get your legs stronger, and to go up the stairs on your bad knee and come down the stairs with your good knee. I asked my doctor about this, and he agreed that I should do it. So I started doing it, and now after 7 - 8 years doing them my knees are so bad ( bone on bone now) and so weak that I can barely walk or go up and down the stairs because my knees hurt all of the time! Now I'm contemplating if I should have surgery on my knees so I don't end up in a wheelchair.
Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad the information has been helpful for managing your knee pain. It’s not always easy dealing with discomfort, but you’re taking great steps toward improving your mobility. Keep going, and wishing you all the best on your journey to feeling better!
Hi J S, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're really glad you found the stair technique helpful. Engaging the glutes properly can make such a difference in movement and stability. Keep up the great work, and we wish you continued progress!
Thank you, Dr. David. After watching your video, I'm quite sure that it's going to help me. I've got some stairs I can practice on. I'm grateful for all of your help. 🇺🇸
That’s wonderful to hear! We’re so glad you found the video helpful and that you have a way to practice the exercises. Taking those small steps (literally!) can make such a big difference. Wishing you strength and progress on your journey-keep up the great work!
Absolutely appreciate your sharing your vast amount of knowledge in a very trustworthy free format. But I hate to say, as a subscriber, your videos are coming a little too often. At times it's great for the constant motivation factor. Once or twice a week would be optimal. Thanks, I appreciate you alot
Hi Jacob, We’re sorry you’ve been struggling, but it’s amazing to hear that strengthening your glutes is already making a difference! Many people don’t realize how much glute strength impacts overall knee and hip function. Thank you for your kind words-we truly appreciate them! Wishing you continued progress and relief on your journey!
Hi Wanda, We’re sorry you and your husband have been dealing with knee issues-many people don’t realize how much it can impact daily life until they go through it themselves. Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad this has been a game changer for both of you. Wishing you both strength and continued progress on your journey to feeling better!
I’m knock kneed since birth so it’s anatomically caved in. I also have PF and have been having knee and low back pain and knee clicking on my R side since starting to strength train. Didn’t have any when I was being a couch potato 😢
That's why when people have severe pain on their knee, they start walking sideways to walk up the stairs and walk down the stairs. It activates more the glutes and put less less pressure on the knees.
Hi Maryte, That means so much to hear! Thank you for your kind words. We’re so glad the information has made a positive impact on your quality of life. Keep up the great work, and we wish you continued progress and relief! 🧡
Greetings, David… I’ve been following you for a little while. I keep telling my husband we need to go to El Paso ! In 2018, I broke my kneecap in an accident I wanted to have the metal pan removed because I feel like it’s in peeling my movement but the surgeon says if he’s gonna go in to take that middle pin out, he might as well do a knee replacement but that’s not what I wanna do maybe it’s in my head I don’t know, but I think there’s something with the metal that still in my knee… any thoughts
Hi. Good day. i wasn't able to walk for a year now due to arthritis on the knee. i cannot straighten both of my legs. My knees are like locked up in some manner. But there is no swelling or pain. i can move all of my toes and the nerves seems to be just fine. i just could not straighten them. can you help me?
Hello Sir, Excuse me i have a question. I was holding pads in boxing against a very high and strong man and didnt knew the technique of holding them properly. I was holding against the punch which was a hook (a few of them) when my arm was bend 90°. After that my shoulder felt not perfect. I then punched hooks and in one of them i had a "Zing- Moment". Not super bad. After 10 min break i could go again. But after that i was done. Stupid i know. I have know problems sind 6 months, they are getting better but im at a plateu now. I have not much pain getting my arm over my head, but as soon as i get it on the other side in this position (cross the line of my head) it starts hurting in the soulder. I really would appreciate an answer. I like your channel very much! ❤

Thank you so much.. Unknowingly I was doing something similar to this to prevent excess pressure on my damaged knee.
I’m knock kneed since birth so it’s anatomically caved in. I also have PF and have been having knee and low back pain and knee clicking on my R side since starting to strength train. Didn’t have any when I was being a couch potato 😢

Should i leash the soulder for a few weeks. Do some exercises? I take lots of good supplements as magnesium, vitmain c, bromelain and lots more.
