      Practice a few times a day, and before/after activity :)

      @@drewvanzee3063 what a difference one move could be so helpful …. Last week I did PT and my quads were hurting so bad which then made my knees hurt worse.

      It’s taken a week just to get my quads settled down but this knee technique really really helped. Thank you very much Drew.
