First thing I notice as a welder is the fact that everything being laid out upside down on the sheeting is that nothing on the top will be welded. Big no go for me. First issue being losing the strength of actually having the top of the tubes welded, second being a place for water to get in to rust it out
Appreciate the comment and I should have done a better job of explaining, they start upside down then are flipped over and welded on top for all the reasons you said. Then the diamond plate floor is installed. Thanks again for the comment.
Now that would be interesting for sure. I know we have Galvanizing plants near by that probably have tanks large enough to dip the different pieces but it would be a nightmare and the cost would probably quadruple. Why galvanizing if you don't mind me asking

An 18’ is going to weigh 2,000 pounds, we recommend a 20’ which is the most popular and it weighs 2100 pounds
