Jack Harkness - So Far (Torchwood / Doctor Who)

Captain Jack Harkness is such a great character, wonderfully written by Russell T. Davies and his writers and perfectly portrayed by John Barrowman. And although Captain Jack is so funny and always flirting, I love his dark sides. Here's a rather sad video about his struggle with his immortality and his constant feelings of guilt not being able to save the people around him. I hope you enjoy it.

Wow really well edited! Jack's definitely one of my favorite characters ever, such a complex and tragic character. Wish they'd continue Torchwood- the British original though. Gotta admit I didn't care much for Miracle Day.

This is great. How did you isolate the voice clips?

Thanks for the compliment. You can isolate the sound from the image with most of video editing software. But the sound editing is one of the most difficult aspects of vidding for me. I'm trying my best, but there are other vidders that are a lot better than me in that regard. To get rid of background music is not easy. It depends which editing software you use and how much effort you put in this very technical aspect of video-making. I love the creative side of editing, not so much the technical side, so I'm not the best person to explain the technical side.

BTW: where did you get the Torchwood clips in 720p? I can only find this in 360p at best.
