Kromanti is a name of a town in the Central Region of Ghana. Maroons are surely descendants of Ghanaian slaves from the Akan tribe. Akwaaba surely means welcome in the Fante and Twi languages. As an indigenous Ghanaian, I can't wait to visit Jamaica.
