- May in England produces a beautiful froth of new growth and a rush of flowers. The garden is full of fresh green foliage, stately iris, delicate aquilegia, and the hawthorn blossom positively dripping off the trees. Kevin the cat and I enjoy a magical early morning in the garden - on one of the special and rare days when it isn't raining! There is also a brief snippet of my art exhibition in London.
What a magical place!!
Getting out and working around weather conditions is good advice! Horrible heat and humidity here in Ontario🇨🇦 today so I gardened between 5 and 8 a.m.
Lovely view from the bench! Love the 'managed wilderness' approach.
Many thanks! The orchard and forest garden is a work in progress - keep watching to see how it turns out over time.
Greetings from Ireland, You have a beautiful looking garden, Its the bees knees.
So nice of you, Ireland is beautiful too! My Mum was brought up in Kinsale.
@@gaspercottageartistsgarden Kinsale is beautiful.
That is a beautiful garden. It looks high in the mountains and the views must be heavenly!
I agree with you ❤🌸🌿❤️🌸
How wonderful garden ❤🌸🌿❤️🌸🌿
Not mountains - just rolling hills - and a wonderful spot to live.
Stunningly gorgeous. You make it seem all so simple and easy which conceals imagination, hard work and patience!
Dolly Parton said it took a lot of money to look cheap. And you are right that it takes a lot of effort to make a garden look natural. 😂
How wonderful garden.❤🌿🌸❤️🌿🌸
Thanks for visiting
Garden is beautiful with lovely flowers and lush green, looks gorgeous!
I agree with you ❤🌿🌸🌿❤️
Thank you both, Bella
Morning Kevin. Your garden is looking magnificent. My cottage garden is looking lovely but not a patch on how it normally looks. Slugs and woodlice are eating everything:iris, clematis, aquilegia hardy geraniums and even michaelmas daisies none of which have ever been touched before
I agree with you ❤🌸🌿
Sorry to hear that - i it the really wet weather that’s the problem?
@@gaspercottageartistsgarden I'm assuming the mild, wet winter allowed them to keep breeding
New subscriber here, absolutely gorgeous garden, I’m jealous 😃it looks beautiful where you live🌸
Me too. I’m from Canada.new fan here.❤🎉
Did your House Martins return this year? I enjoyed the video of them drinking from your pond, how did you attract them to your home?
Yes they are back. They’ve always been there. I think they like the thatched roof.
