太極的毛病就是，人家衝上來給你一拳, 你要柔化(不是閃躲)，又要接著打蛇隨棍上(粘連勁), 再順势發勁．很少很少人能做到, 所以每戰必敗．驗証太極名家, 就是衝上去給他一拳，看他能否柔化,粘連,發勁, 一氣喝成．
