Great video on this chapter. I’m very interested to see the conversation between Deku and Uraraka of how they feel after the war and being unable to save their respective villains, and a possible confession from one of the two. Would be so dope if Deku hugs Uraraka, comforting her. Gives a slight smile and says “Don’t worry *I am here* for you whenever you’ll need me.” That would be so awesome. Btw I was re-reading the final arc of MHA and I noticed something interesting. In chapter 410 before we cut over to Deku vs Shigaraki. We get this little meeting with the heroes who plan to fight Shigaraki on the U.A fortress. There’s this one panel where it focuses souly on Deku with dialogue from Best Jeanist in the background. Jeanist says “In a world where we emerge victorious. Even if we’ve stood our ground, and risen back up from dire straits. It will all be for nothing without a foundation to stand on. No, what we must protect is…” and it gets cut off to never be brought back again. I think this will be brought up again by Deku during his conversation with Uraraka in the next chapter, about building a better foundation for society in the future and what they must protect going forward. Of all the heroes, I can definitely see both Deku and Uraraka being the main heroes who try to make a real change in society, after learning more about Toga and Shigaraki. And maybe the mysterious villain in chapter 425 will be the test for that. And also probably Shoji will be one of those heroes too with all the heteromorph stuff. As for other characters, I could probably see Shoto playing a role in this too. Possibly abolishing quirk marriages (if they aren’t already) since that was exactly what led to Toya becoming Dabi and their family being screwed up. Anyway, loved this chapter a lot. Horokoshi is the 🐐 for extending the epilogue for up to 7 chapters, so all the plot lines and characters can get a proper conclusion instead of doing the usual 1 or 2 chapters worth of epilogue. And so far he’s wrapping everything up very well. Welp…two more chapters until this amazing series concludes. Let’s all make sure to savor these last couple of chapters before the rides all over. Be seeing y’all.

You know I had a crazy theory which might not be true though this might just be something else but what if there’s a moment where ochaco decides she stepping down as a hero because hear me, To what I was thinking maybe because for when the people cheer for her after stopping that killer villain toga that’s just not what uraraka wants to Be proud of as a hero knowing the people think that she did not just defeat her but kill her knowing she’ll never kill any innocent people again but to ochaco this is not how she wants to see herself as a hero cause knowing deep down she wanted to do was save her from the sadness she was gaining and the anger she was dealing with And in the end of their fight knowing it was a risky choice to give her blood to Toga for the rest of her life but also won’t be spending her life in prison and knowing that ochaco was dying of loss of she decides to do the right thing by turning herself into her while gaining her blood and use that blood transfusion to give her blood of hers to keep her alive at the cost of her life. And that’s the other sad part nobody knows what toga did in the end that proves that even as a villain she cared as a normal and caring/good person And that’s what ochaco is sad about she never would’ve still been alive if it wasn’t for her and what she did for her that free her from her pain and suffering. That’s why I think after their confession, she’ll let Deku know that she’s going to hang up the Cape of being a hero knowing that she doesn’t want to be that killed someone because of the mayhem they caused but was trying to save that someone. I’m still thinking what if Deku might do the same thing If he loses his embers of one for all and becomes quirkless what if he decides to hang up the Cape as well; just saying, that’s a crazy theory

What i suspect will happen is that ochaco will try to act casually only for Deku to confront her for how she had been acting since the war ended. She will contknue to act nonchalontly saying that she is just happey that the war is over and everyone is smiling again only for Deku to say the same thing Bakugo told him "but are you smilling now?" This will cause her emotions to overflow and panic from everything she had seen/done/heard/experienced and she will either brake down crying or try and flee using zero gravity. The rest of the chapter can just be her confessing that she doesnt know what is going on with her emotions. Yes shes happy that everything got fixed, but she is also sad that the person who saved her died without being recognized doing so. She is angry that people are bad mouthing Toga, but she is also elated that she was able to put a stop to her rampage. Like she did with her fight with Toga she could also slip in her "confession" to Deku under the guise that she shouldnt like him because she knows that he wants to focus on his hero job and that is what inspires her so much and the more he tries the more she admires him so. So much so that it had become a burden to her. Not sure how this can be resolved. I suspect that some form of Toga will appear (quirk vestage due to blood transfusion or like how ochaco and toga looked like kids) and remind Ochaco what happened when someone bottled up her emotions for too long. If there will be a kiss, i will be surprised (i suspect a tearful bear hug at most)
This might just be me, but this chapter didn’t feel as “conclusive” as the previous three. -In Ch 425, we got the end of the Big Three’s, Aoyama’s, and Shinso’s story arcs. -In Ch 426, we got the end of the Todoroki family’s, Hawks’, Lady Nagant’s, and Gentle and La Brava’s story arcs. -In Ch 427, we got the end of Spinner’s, Tomura’s, and Overhaul’s story arcs. But here, in Ch 428, we really only got the end of Edgeshot’s and maybe the new First-Years’ story arcs. P.S. This is more of an observation than a critique.
Even If the masses saw Himeko save Ochako, that wouldn’t negate all the lives she’s taken and damage she caused If people saw Hitler donate a kidney to a dying cancer patient, are people going to just forget everything he did prior?

@@Kidoroki well for me bro I wanted shit to matter. Grand pops with jet boots survived something he shouldn’t have which would’ve added to shig character. Dabi didn’t get his wish and ended up forced to live a life he never wanted. Gravity girl didn’t exactly win against toga and still won because toga gave her life to save her. Shig character got assassinated for me. He didn’t accomplish anything at all. AFO took all the shine. Deku seems to still have his quirk after all the talk and “sacrifice”. It’s just mickey for me man. I loved seeing the series for a long time but for me personally it didn’t pay off on anything at all. Happy endings are cool when it makes sense but it seems it’s a happy ending despite what was lead up to. My personal opinion. N tbr yea someone shoulda blown up. Maybe bakugo shoulda at least stayed dead since we on that section of it. Even edge shot is back after talking about how he’s done for if he Saved bakugo. Hate how This series ended.

I gotta say I was happy for both Bakugo and edgeshot knowing for those two back in the war, they both survived from their sudden deaths
