  • It all began when the Islamist Boko Haram group kidnapped nearly 300 Chi-bok girls a decade ago. Since then, others have followed the same path, targeting schools, villages and travellers. This year alone Nigeria has recorded 68 mass abductions.

Been the same story since the 7th century caravan robber decimated the tribe of Banu Qurayza and turned all its women and children into slaves.

See the building of schools. With all the billions of dollars allocated for education. Nigeria is finished. It is easy to oppress innocent Nigerians but no security in the communities.

How l??? she's just talking rubish. She won't even call the crisis by its name and providing any solution than blame poverty. Every Nigerian is facing poverty. The north support and provide the grass for terrorism to flourish.

This reminds me of a CIA report I read, must have been back in the 80's, of the destabilization effects of rapid population growth. They could predict just by the statistics which countries would suffer this type of instability.

About 55 years ago Nigeria did the same thing as Israel is doing to Gaza. Let a population starve in a part of Nigeria that called it self Biafra. The UN said it couldn't get involved in a country's internal politics.
Many people, including children starved to death. The Nigerian government does what it wants.

In Nigeria rice 🍚 is a luxury commodity. Nigeria is an enterprise even a cigarette seller wants to become a millionaire. Its so sad that people are now turned to commodities.
This not gonna stop anytime soon untill government embark on massive social security programs and welfare activities to tackle poverty and hunger. Europe can help

As long as there are cultural believes that the body parts from living humans (yes, they are chopped off from kidnapped people) solve another humans problem - no. As long as money can be made in small and bigger parts (school kids kidnapping) - no.

Only in southern eastern Nigeria is the government creating military outpost and every few kilometres police stations and highway military blockade. This is not armed at increasing security because lgboland is relatively peaceful, it is for the sole purpose of intimidating the lgbos, whereas the bulk of crime is committed in northern states. Well that is their pains am very much relaxed I my mother land (lgboland) lgbo kweenu!!!¡
