nisssmo 510 depends what pump you are running. I think the N1 pumps are bigger or smaller than the stock pumps so that's why they offer 2 sizes. Best way to check is to pull the back plate off your oil pump and measure the gears so you can see if they are 77mm or 81mm
the newer rb26/25 neo motors came with the 77mm where the older versions came with the 88mm all oil pumps sold by nissan now a 77mm would recommend just replacing the oil pump and gears
You need be carefull when putting that much oil on eveything as not to get oil in your screw threads that your going to locktite as the oil will not let the locktite set.
@@mareksumguy1887 haha. I can feel your pain man. But we gotta be the bigger guys and let em know the right way like the dude above cause we all in this together. Cheers dude
Did you check before assembly how much play the reimax inner gear flats have against the crank nose flats? You will be surprised
jasaircraft no I didn’t , but know of plenty of guys running reimax gears without any issues
Hey did the inner gear where the crank contacts the pump spin freely by hand when all bolted up with the back plate?
KronicKatz not sure bro, I never tried to spin it before installing the pump.
Just put my gearset together and the inner gear is rock solid
Wondering if it's meant to spin freely by hand
how did this hold up??
Still going strong bro.
@@vlrb25det11 hell yes mate, glad to hear it! thanks for the super informative video
Where did you get the allen key hardware? Somewhere online or just from a local shop/hardware store?
