I do these meditation sessions when I feel tired of my schoolwork. I always get a new sense of energy and am reminded that the Holy Spirit will give me the energy I need to go on. These are the perfect length of meditation sessions for the middle of my day. Thanks so much! May God bless you ❤❤❤
Very good and needed to recenter my mind and soul on Jehovah Shalom this morning.
I’m in treatment for bipolar II and I have been listening to meditations to help with anxiety. Every time a meditation would say “I allow” or “I receive” I would ask God to help me ask or to help me to receive these things. Then I thought, “Hey, I bet there are Christian meditations”. I did a RUclips search and found you! This was AWESOME!! 👏 Thank you for creating content that is so helpful and points back to God for all things. Praying you continue to put more out there. I’m subscribing. ♥️🙏
