@@CAKushalSoni sir form already filed but after lapse of 6 month periods from commencement of activities and hearing notice issued by CIT... means form is valid. CIT cant reject due to this issue
after october-23 amendmend for trsut we can directly apply for final registration instaed of going to provisional 1st bt in our case we hve got provisional registration nd now applying for final registration will they accept it? or needed to apply directly for final? wht can be consequences
Sir, if previous form 10AB for regular registration was rejected due to late filing of application and now if we want to file then the same section code 14 is not accepting. In this situation which code to be filled ?
CIT has rejected on 23/04/24 (order of rejection dated), this circular arrived on 25/04/24, now I wish to take benefit of this circular but following difficulties I face now 01-Sub clause (ii) of clause (ac) of sub -section (1) of section 12A (?) 02-Sub clause (iii) of clause (ac) of sub-section (1) of section 12A (not allowing me here as this is rejected prior) 03-Sub clause (iv) of clause (ac) of sub -section (1) of section 12A (?) 04-Sub clause (v) of clause (ac) of sub-section (1) of section 12A (?) 4A-Item (B) of sub-clause (vi) of clause (ac) of sub-section (1) of section 12A (?) please guide me which clause to select on 1st page or 10AB, I also request make a on video guiding which option to select, here in my case 02. Sub Clause (iii) not allowing, Muje kya karna chahiye ?

Yes, this case is also covered. You can file Form 10AB on or before 30 June 2024
