suppose a trust has been created and later on wife and daughter of the person claim that property post divorce case. in that case what will happen to immovable property and financial assets included in the trust.
when immovable property is included then as per you trust deed needs to be registered so, in that case how much stamp duty needs to be paid. is it proportionate to value of property?
Not just HNI’s many others use it. Especially used incase of child with special needs. Sure a trust involves expenses like hiring professionals like CA , medical/ health service providers ( if need be ) whatever services would be needed by the beneficiary. Trust also has to file tax returns.
