What a treat this was Sifat! (Loved you were so happy to finally be there!) I was there for the 4th of July just as they finished renovating The Lady. The waiting lines were longer than the hours of a day, so we never got to go. Thank you SO much!!

This is so amazing to watch, I have been to NYC 4 times and never once went to the Statue of Liberty. I finally got to see what the inside of the statue looks like!

Hi Sifat! This brought back such wonderful memories of when I was a kid climbing up to the crown. I was about 10 years old. The stairs were so narrow and people were going up and down the same stairs.
I know you wanted to go up there so much and I'm happy you were able to finally do it.

When Statue of Liberty made then they doesn’t knew it will be an observation deck. It mainly for maintenance but now we are using it as an observation deck

WoW! Thank you Sifat for an amazing journey to The Statue of Liberty. I am not able to get around so this would not be possible for me, but I'm there through you! Also, my best friend and I went to NYC not long ago and I watched your videos every night before we went. It really put my anxiety level much less. I was in a wheelchair but we had a blast!! I was hoping to run into but that will have to be next trip.

Great video, Sifat! Best footage from inside the Statue that I've ever seen!🙂 Visiting the crown is still very much on my bucket list. I will make sure to bring water and a flashlight... Did you get to look up into the arm from the spiral staircase? How far ahead did you plan your ticket?

You can go to castle Clinton any time as long as you have enough time for everything but it’s a good idea to go there as soon as possible. So that you can avoid crowd. For crown tickets only go to window number 6
Great! And can confirm with you that the email to get to the wild call kiosk is only by reservation. They don't send me a QR CODE for example (like when you enter to Empire State or another monument)

do you know if you have to be there at your ticket time or you can come after or before your ticket time?

May I ask- your ticket said 12:00- was this the time to head up or the time they allowed you to get on the boat or the time you
get to pick up your ticket at battery park?
You have to check in the time you booked your tickets but you can come back to manhattan in any ferry.
@@TheNYCWalkingShow please clarify- check in at the statue to go up the crown or check on security at Manhattan to start the boat ride over to statue?
There are 3 different types of tickets! Liberty Island Tickets, Pedestal Tickets, Crown Tickets! If you buy pedestal tickets or crown tickets that means you have to be in liberty island the time you select when you buy the tickets. For example, you get a crown ticket at 1:00PM, it means you have to be in liberty island/ Statue of Liberty before that time. 30 mins +/- is not a big deal! But don’t show up 3PM when your ticket is at 1:00 PM!
