I have the same hair type, always braid it first and or twist the hair into a tight bun. For some reason reason it’s the only way I can get a tighter high pony 😩😂

@@YvoneEssuvi 3b is about the texture dummy. It’s about the size of the curl. You can have “fine, medium, coarse” textured hair and and have the curl size of a 3bc a or whatever. The curl size doesn’t define the texture that’s my point.
