The very best clarinetist ever
seen and heard not forgotten
Loved the jazz club in London was a regular there. Ottilie and Monty great favourites. Miss this music these days.
No doubt about his position in the ratings. He was the best and always will be. Never to be equaled let alone overtaken.
One of the greatest of all times! R.I.P. dear Monty.
What wonderful memories, made my day
R.I.P. Monty, Du warst der Beste.
Thank you for this treasure. So uplifting and "loose" like enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon in a crowded park. Sun shining- people smiling.
Brought back the late 50’s/60’s at the Dancing Slipper in Nottingham. Brilliant times.
Wonderful
