@WaterDreaminOphelia no it doesn't really get dusty, I keep it clean and vaccume the house all the time so it's never that dusty.
My daughter would love those nail displays. She color codes her polishes as well. I imagine once she gets a job, she will have quite a few like you.

this is amazingly organized. I have seen some videos where people have large collections but everything is just thrown ind drawers. If you spend all that money on these really nice products then people should store them neatly as you do. Great collection!

@1othrocks Drip Dry Drop (by OPI) are to help your polish dry fast after you paint your nails. For Brushes I would recommend trying different brands, don't always buy the most expensive. I like all kinds R&L, Crown, Models Prefer, MAC. Nail Polish is only meant to last 3 years, however I have had some of my OPI since 2004 and it's still fine to use, as long as you store them right they should stay good to use.

@GlideAroundTheRoom it's the least I can do. If I buy shampoo, hair care, makeup and find out I have it allready or just don't use it I either give it away to friends family or donate it to a womens shelter. Most of the time women who are in a shelter don't have any luxury items and it's nice to be able to share that with then to help them feel nice and spoilt sometimes.

I've had some for 8 years and they haven't dried,split or faded yet. I've only ever had a handful dry to a point i couldn't use them. If you store them correctly you can get years out of them.

I've already explained that below. I was using a nail treatment that week OPI nail envy. It's clear so you can't see it. Sometimes it's good to give your nails a break especially when you change your nail polish as much as I do. Hehe
It actually is blended out, however the camera doesn't pick it up. It always happens when I use this camera it just doesn't pick up the gradual fade it makes it look like a cut crease or harsh line.

They were painted, but with an OPI Treatment, it's a 5 day OPI Nail Envy treatment.

I don't do my makeup specifically for a video, I wear whatever I have on, sometimes it's neutral, bright, nothing or way over the top. It depends what I'm doing before I film & if I was playing around or at work etc.
Keeping in mind that when you don't apply makeup with the camera in mind it won't show "true to life" it will look different to real life, sharper, darker etc.

Yeah, She is completely right, you can just skip ahead, I always browse through the video and if I like what i see, I watch it from the start. The youtuber gets my view and a like anyway. :)
Also what is way too much for you, may not be for me. I'm not saying anyone else needs this much, no-body needs this much. However I'm not hurting anyone and I am thankful for my position in life and help others as much as I can. I like the idea of Karma and just enjoy giving.

Who's to say I don't donate any of that too? If you watch other videos you'd know what I do. A lot of others also only donate those types of things, however I also think that these women are in a place where the last person they are thinking about is themselves. They don't have any luxury items & this is a way to make them feel special & pamper themselves just a little, why shouldn't they get the chance to feel like that too!(it's also not used any items to them are new/unused/in date)
Seeing your polish collection makes my little laquerhead heart happy. Collecting polish doesn't seem odd to me. Probably because I do the same. :D

I do find it funny when people make a comment that's judging a person/insulting them, they get surprised when the person they just insulted posts back. Just because we don't agree doesn't mean I'm insecure. If anything I'm defending my integrity not my collection. I'm explaining my opinions about my collection.

@itsageoffrushthing I have only had about 5 bottles ever go bad since 2004. If you store them well you get years out of them. In that time you can use them up, or give them to others if you don't use them often enough.
Another thing to learn... you can skip through videos to play it from any point. You also have the option to not watch any video you don't enjoy.

Normally the window has a shutter down so the room is dark, I only open it to film so it's normally not sunny in there. But yes if I didn't have a shutter I'd keep them in a dark place :D

@briannak2000 I bought it from a Nail Supply store in Australia. They don't ship overseas, but I wold imagine there would be plenty of places in the USA that sell it. Try a Nail Supply store.
Hi! thanks! I've had some bottles for over 8 years and they are still fine. I've only ever had about 5 or 6 bottles dry up or go bad on me. I also go though a stage when I will go through my collection and pull out colours I haven't been using and give away or donate them.
I would love to see an updated perfume collection as well as a lip products collection.

@emma8779 it's meant to last 3 years, but if you store it right it will last much much longer, I have some that are still fine from 2004.
@briekowski Not as often as you would think. I only have to really use it on the colours I use alot, so when the bottle is half full the polish does tend to thicken up a bit so I add a drop or two.

My nails had an OPI nail envy treatment on them. I was taking a break from colours and treating them every 2 days for 1 to 2 weeks. :D I also sometimes ill film just after I take off a colour and haven't painted them yet, or before I film a nail art tutorial.

When i saw the thumbnail for this vid, i thought 'sweet jesus!' when i saw the wall of nail varnish! I love it though. Im going to make my own perspex/acrylic storage for my makeup and nail varnish etc... its because its soooo hard to find places in the uk that sell clear acrylic storage thats what i want and online where the shipping isnt stupid. Some other people on RUclips are very young & may be hurt by comments like yours. I have no idea what you are talking about. I was trying new colours. I like green & I like the way it ended up. It's wrong to claim claim that you knew I thught it looked amazing. Lol, how would you know what I think? an FYI "she" thinks it looked ok not amazing. It wasn't done just for this video either so it looked different in real life than on camera. I don't "do" my makeup just for filming, no matter how requested the video is I wear whatever makeup I have on at the time I feel like filming

@meandFrodo I bought the stand from Homeart a while ago. You could try a vitamin e oil mixed with olive oil. That did help with mine, but it didn't stop it all together.
