This market will continue to slow down. And the inventory will continue to increase. This isn't the market to flip in. This is a hold market for a while.
Market is going down, inventory rising, prices will crash. dont forget mass layoffs are happening everywhere. Realtors are leaving industry in droves. So nothing to be positive.

This is playing out exactly like 09 but in a different way. No rate change or anything will keep the current prices propped up. Of course this will trickle per market at a time and not hit all at once until it is too late. There is a reason big boys are selling mortgage backed equities now. It's a storm brewing and these 2 will have you buying the top to protect their livelihood, which is understandable but for the inexperienced, you will get bit.
The only thing that will bit you is spamming crash messages.

The rates are locked in to a battle with inflation, if the Friday report is hot and inflation rises that could take FED cuts off the table and rates jump yet again. But if inflation is as expected or lower then maybe rates come back down a bit as FED cuts will be more likely.
The whole market is overpriced. Huge price cuts are coming. I disagree with your host. Out Government is literally lying about jobs.
