Great addon list! The ones I would are: Litemount - Allows you to rank all your mounts from 1 - 5, so your best mounts are summoned more often. Decursive - 1 click addon to notify and remove diseases/dispels/curses - if you're spec is able to FocusInterruptSounds - Plays a sound when an important cast is going off in m+/raid, and you are able to kick it. NugRunning - Nice clean bars that show the duration of all your important buffs

Curseforge is generally safe and works with the add-on authors. Every time the game releases a patch, add-ons will typically need to be updated, so bugs are pretty normal. Big patches especially tend to break many add-ons, and the authors need to update them to bring back the best functionality.
