is the furnace producing any smoke when the glued logoes are heated like it does with powder ?

Some water vapor in the glue will be baked out, so there will be some, but with a purification device, it will be much more environmentally friendly than a traditional powder shaker.

Is it as or more durable as the regular DTF. If there is ANY less durable it will not be an acceptable replacement durability is everything.
