In this video, we follow baby Bellamy as he gets some routine bloodwork done at UC Health Memorial Hospital. The blood draw is taken from the heel of his foot, a common practice for infants. Bellamy is not a fan of the procedure, but the technician is gentle and kind, making the process as quick and painless as possible.
This is the first of two blood draws. The second will be done in two weeks after Bellamy is discharged from the hospital. We're all hoping for healthy results!
