My lil 15 inch blue freaked out last time i tried to leash him, what can i do to help it? I had a green and he was fine on leash . My blue is not. Anything hes still small but he went crazy even bit me trying to get out of the harness. I want to let him be free but i cant let him get away living in wisconsin.
