I just love how chaotic most of the GTA games are, i remember just staying still in GTA SA to see what happened, and all of sudden the chaos was established, the police start to shoot some ballas, the ballas shoot them back, then it started to have explosions, the ambulance proceeding to kill like 10 NPCs, then there was a police chase and some guys doing a drive-by in a stolen car. I swear, GTA games are fun to play, but it's much more fun to observate the chaos happening, and how the AI from the game behaves almost like it is conscient, it's crazy.

@@TescoTuberHe’s clearly not voicing the NPCs. He says things like “How do you not see me?” Or “That was entirely your fault!” Thats what happens when you hit drivers or they hit you.
@@johnjoseph6874 sometime they reuse some of the VAs for the main characters to voice the NPCs or other characters in the game same could be said for some of the NPCs hurt sounds.
